Checked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the speedy check-in process. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Okinawan dishes. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to both a monorail station and the bustling Kokusai shopping district. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great experience at Sun Okinawa and would highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Convenient Location, Good Restaurants Nearby Stayed here for Christmas and was overall disappointed with the experience. the hotel is well-located with lots of great restaurants in the area. the breakfast buffet had a decent mix of Japanese and Western food, and the room was clean. the hotel staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. the room was not what we reserved and the communication with the staff was terrible. We had to use a translation app just to communicate with them.

Great location for exploring the city with a convenient subway station within walking distance. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Western options. The hotel also had excellent views of the city from higher floors.
The room could be a bit small depending on the traveller's needs. Staff had limited English proficiency which made communication a bit difficult at times.

This hotel is a gem! the location is perfect. It's close to Kencho-mae station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, it's just a short walk away from the bustling shopping and nightlife areas. Secondly, the staff here are top-notch. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms are fantastic. I had a room with both sea and canal views, which was simply breathtaking. And to top it off, the breakfast served here is delicious, with a great variety of Japanese and Continental options. Highly recommended!
No complaints at all, everything was just fine.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Okinawa that ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and convenient experience. the hotel's location was superb - just a stone's throw away from Kencho-mae station and surrounded by other major hotels. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, being not far from the airport was a huge plus, especially after a long journey.
No room for improvement - everything was great!

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right near the bustling shopping district, the monorail station, and the airport. the rooms are comfortable, and most come equipped with two toilets, which is a rare but welcome feature. the staff is helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet offers a tasty selection of Japanese and Okinawan dishes.
Some visitors have reported issues with communication due to the limited English spoken by staff.
